We are looking for 5 Senior Pensions Technicians to support the operations team on complex case work. As well as technical DB pension calculations experience you will have a passion for identifying, designing and implementing process improvements with a focus on operational readiness ensuring we have a positive training and coaching environment so we are continually improving the customer experience.

Job Description :

Responsibilities include :

• Support the team on complex casework, high value cases and complaints.
• Process all events in accordance with agreed working practices in order to meet deadlines and costing of non-standard projects.
• Lead on projects linking in with all key stakeholders within the department or business areas.
• Actively represent the team in department and company activities and projects.
• Test and sign off processes and calculations, ensuring work is completed in line with service level agreements and scheme rules.
• Understand the importance of continuous improvement and be able to collate and interpret data to seek opportunities to improve the customer experience, challenging current processes
• Design and implement process improvements
• Provide input into development / training action planning
• Adapt to varying demands and complex workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline whilst maintaining excellent levels of quality
• Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members
