Sales and Marketing Executive

Salary Circa : £35,000 per annum

Monday to Thursday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Friday 8 : 00am to 1 : 30pm

A well established engineering and manufacturing business is seeking an

Internal Sales Executive

to join their busy

sales and marketing team . This is a great opportunity for someone with proven sales skills, strong customer focus, and excellent communication abilities to develop within a supportive organisation.

Essentials to Apply

Previous experience in sales or business development

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident telephone manner with persuasive negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively

Team player with a proactive and flexible approach

Desirable but not essential :

Knowledge of the engineering or manufacturing sector

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responding to sales calls, emails and web enquiries

Supporting external sales with prospect research, appointment booking and travel arrangements

Following up on quotations to maximise conversions

Managing and updating the CRM system accurately

Assisting with exhibitions, events and marketing activities

Keeping the company website and social media updated

Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team

Developing new customer prospects and identifying cross selling opportunities

This role would suit someone who is persuasive, customer focused and motivated to deliver results.
