Trainee Welder / Fabricator | Alresford, Essex | Full Time | £10.00 per hour

Our client is a manufacturer of children's play equipment, with their factory based in Alresford, just outside Colchester, Essex.

They do not mass-produce products – all items are made to order and selected by their clients from a wide range of popular and bespoke designs.

They are seeking a Trainee Fabricator / Welder who is eager to develop their skills further. The role would ideally suit an NVQ Level 2 student or someone with equivalent experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build and grow your fabrication and welding skills within a hands-on, full-time role at a company that values quality craftsmanship and individual development.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Ideally suited to an NVQ Level 2 student or someone with similar experience
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Can read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation
• Able to work accurately and follow instructions
• Interest in developing fabrication and welding skills
• Own transport recommended due to rural location (public transport available within walking distance)
