Overview

Full-Time Teaching Assistant - SEN (Complex & Severe Learning Difficulties). Are you a resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? We are currently recruiting to support a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school that provides outstanding care and education to pupils with complex and severe learning difficulties.

About the Role : This is a rewarding opportunity to join a committed and supportive team in a school that caters to children with a wide range of additional needs, including physical disabilities, communication challenges, autism, and medical conditions. The successful candidate will provide individualised support to pupils to help them achieve their potential—both educationally and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of complex needs to ensure a positive learning experience
• Assist with personal care, communication, and mobility (where required)
• Support pupils during lessons, activities, and therapy sessions
• Use specialist strategies and resources to engage learners
