Overview
The Therapy Lead translates plans and therapy goals defined by a range of therapists into the rehabilitation pathway. This creates opportunities for the people we support to reach their full potential and acts as the vital link between the therapist team and the services. Therapy includes occupational therapy, physical therapy, behaviour therapy, speech and language, music and drama, clinical competence and management training.
Role and requirements
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone\'s life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals. We look for a Therapy Lead with both the right experience and the right values. This service requires the Therapy Lead to have a willingness to complete an apprenticeship or diploma as part of CPD, be willing to complete training for all aspects of therapy, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be resilient, flexible and positive in your approach.

Rota and hours
The rota is Monday–Sunday, with early, late and potentially waking nights depending on the needs of the people we support; it also includes working bank holidays. Shifts are 7 : 45am – 3 : 15pm, 2 : 45pm – 10 : 15pm, and anywhere between 10 : 00pm – 8 : 00am.
