Location : Kings Cross

Hours : Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (35hrs per week)

Pay : £28.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration : Ongoing Contract Long Term

Duties

Were looking for a Fire Risk Officer to join us in Assets, you will need to have the ability to manage contractors, build strong working relationships to ensure our buildings are compliant and safe for our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing primarily 2 active fire contractors

• Monitor and manage completion of Fire Risk Assessment actions
• Provide guidance to internal staff members on completion of Fire Safety actions
• Communicate with internal teams to help with access, etc
• Raise, track & receipt purchase orders our system - Lead weekly and monthly contract meetings with contractor / s, set agendas, consistently reviewing workloads, expected completions, work in progress, etc.
• Liaise with consultants

Savills and Clear Safety when needed for post inspections, quote checks, specifications, etc
