We will train you to be part of our dynamic and reactive customer facing building facilities team to provide essential janitorial and cleaning tasks in our local buildings.
We need someone that can work within a small team, work independently, and be self-motivated.
The post holder will provide essential building safety tasks throughout Noblehill Primary School, Dumfries. You will support the Lead Occupier in undertaking daily safety checks, general cleaning and supporting energy efficiency and usage throughout the premises. You will have Health and Safety responsibilities and recognise your duty to client liaison.
You are required to be flexible and highly motivated to provide a high-quality support service of building facilities and cleaning services to our existing clients. You will be approachable while working in a proactive, organised, and methodical manner.
We will provide you with training in iPad / Microsoft Apps, cleaning tasks, use of equipment and chemicals, and general health and safety.
You will work 19.5 hours per week.39 weeks per year. Times of work will be discussed at interview
Good communication skills are essential.
