Responsibilities

• Producing varied, tasty menus for our residents, whilst also considering individual dietary requirements
• To provide special diets where necessary
• Cleaning and washing up after meals and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen
• Preparing and serving meals
• Guiding and coaching the kitchen team
• Stock control; stock replenishing/ordering
• Managing Food Health and Safety requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up to date

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Cook, with the ability to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements
• Hold all the relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates
• Aware of all the relevant regulations
