What will I do?

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service .  Supporting the Front of House Manager, y ou’ll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue .

Previous experience within a front office, reception or

front of house position, or equivalent

People management experience
