A respected and progressive law firm in Reading is seeking a Senior Associate Residential Property Solicitor to lead and supervise a thriving team of seven Fee Earners, with the full support of the current Residential Property Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who thrives on mentoring others, driving departmental growth and delivering high-quality legal services.

The Role :

As a Senior Associate, you will :

• Lead and supervise a team of 7 Fee Earners, offering technical guidance, mentoring and oversight
• Work closely with the Residential Property Partner on strategy, operations and best practices
• Oversee a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including :

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
