You'll be the go-to person for making sure a key operations system runs like clockwork.

Think process improvements, smarter workflows, and helping teams get the most out of their tech. If you enjoy solving problems, spotting patterns in data, and creating structure, this one's for you. And yes, there's plenty of variety (not just staring at the same screen all day).

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day setup, structure, and performance of a maintenance reporting system
• Training staff, improving workflows, and creating guides to keep things running smoothly
• Helping onboard new sites and teams into the platform with all key data accurately captured
• Producing insights and reports that shape smarter operational decisions

You'll need experience running or administering a property-focused system (ideally one related to maintenance) and a strong understanding of how residential buildings are managed on a day-to-day basis. It's fully remote, so being self-motivated and organised is key.
