We’re currently recruiting 6 CNC / Machine Operators on behalf of our client – a well-established precision engineering firm based in Southend-on-Sea.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Operating CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres to manufacture high-precision, small-batch components.

Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and producing parts to exacting standards.

Performing final operations including drilling, deburring, and packaging.

Using measuring tools to check component accuracy.

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Assisting other departments such as Assembly or Fabrication when needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Recent experience working with CNC or manual machinery in a manufacturing or engineering setting (within the last 12–18 months).

Comfortable reading technical drawings and working to fine tolerances.
