Based at our offices in Exeter we are currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of 5.

The main purpose of the job is to :

• Set sales targets for your team in line with Company strategy.
• Monitor and motivate your team to attain targets.
• Maximise margin opportunities and develop niche positions in the market.
• Compile and analyse sales figures, and take appropriate actions from your findings.
