Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - SEN Schools - Northampton

Salary : £95 - £120 per day (DOE)

As a HLTA, you'll take a lead role in supporting the delivery of learning, implementing specialist programmes, and ensuring every child receives the tailored support they need.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver structured interventions to small groups and individuals

Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of the class teacher or SENCO

Lead classroom activities in the teacher's absence

Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Track pupil progress and contribute to assessments and EHCP reviews

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
