About the job

Build robust and sustainable relationships within the Customer organisation, acting as an ambassador for the company and covering all aspects of group trading. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through high-quality customer service and compliance. Support the implementation and communication of account plans and activities.

Attend relevant meetings with clients, acting as an interface between internal functions such as operations, health and safety, menu development, and senior management to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Use data effectively to inform decision-making and oversee customer audits with internal teams and clients.

Manage inventory discussions bi-weekly with clients, ensuring timely distribution of instructions and responses to complaints or incidents. Assist in coordinating trials with clear objectives and success criteria, and monitor performance data against contractual KPIs, addressing trends and issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • Strong airline industry or relevant experience (catering, logistics, retail, hospitality, operations)
  • Account management / customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Basic Food Safety and Hygiene knowledge
  • Strategic, commercial thinking with analytical skills
  • Experience with data analysis and project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Paxia system desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills
