Overview

Edenbrook are recruiting a Financial Lines Claims Adjuster who will join a dynamic business during a pivotal growth phase, focusing on shaping the future of the claims function while delivering outstanding service to customers. The ideal candidate is a motivated, hands-on team player with a proactive “can-do” attitude and strong ambition to learn and influence claims strategy. Experience in Financial Lines claims is essential, with expertise in Construction PI claims considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Execute claims handling strategy aligned with company philosophy.
Investigate and evaluate claims, review policy coverage, and collaborate with claims teams and stakeholders.
Manage referrals and claims reporting, focusing on reserving integrity.
Support claims projects and strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience

Solid experience with Financial Lines claims and preferably Construction PI.

Knowledge of London Market claims processes, standards, and systems.

Financial acumen for monitoring claims activity and trends.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ethical, with high integrity.
