Strategic Account Manager

Location : Bournemouth : Strong weekly presence needed in their Bournemouth office, with client visits and home working as part of the mix.

Salary : £75,000£85,000 base + OTE c.£180,000 + benefits

About the Role

Were representing a fast-growing professional services business in the technology sector. Theyre looking for a proven Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts, win new enterprise clients, and deliver long-term growth.

This is a senior B2B sales position with a strong focus on new business development as well as key account management. Youll combine outbound activity, client meetings, and a very consultative approach to build trusted, long-term relationships at a very senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win and grow business with enterprise / strategic clients through new business development, B2B sales, and key account management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders (up to C-suite level).
  • Drive new business via proactive outreach : phone sales, client meetings, networking, and face-to-face presentations.
  • Take a consultative approach, understanding client needs and shaping tailored solutions.
