Job Description

Positions Available :

Chef De Partie :

• Execute culinary tasks with precision and creativity, specializing in assigned sections.
• Contribute to menu development, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards.

Previous experience as Chef De Partie, with proficiency in managing specific kitchen sections.

General Assistant

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Accurately handle transactions, operate tills, and manage cash / card payments.

Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service as required.

Maintain cleanliness across service areas, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen zones, following hygiene standards.

Refill and maintain vending machines, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and functioning properly.

Qualifications

Requirements : Chef De Partie :

Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally as a CDP or in a similar role.

Strong background in preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard.

Experience with menu planning and contributing creative ideas.

Familiarity with food safety standards and completion of due diligence documentation.

Ability to manage a section independently and support junior team members

General Assistant :

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, catering, or retail (preferred but not essential).

Familiarity with basic food preparation and handling.

Experience operating a till or handling payments.

Understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene practices.

Exposure to vending machine maintenance or stock replenishment (desirable).
