- Analyse and report on various data
- Present information to various stakeholders
- Produce complex spreadsheets
- Gather and collate information from internal and external sources
- Update all information accurately on a regular basis as required by customers
- Validate any changes made by checking the output both within the department and jointly with other departments
- To assist the Operational and Finance teams with all data queries
- Perform data checks
- Perform post-calculation data checks prior to final invoicing including invoice validation
- Provide administration support for stock inventories
- Support the rest of the the business with other tasks when required to in co-operation with the Project Leaders / Managers
- Comply with departmental processes and procedures, as well as wider company policies and proceduresWork Experience
- Previous experience of managing large volumes of data accurately, preferably from within a costings / planning background
- Excel (Pivot table V-Looks ups etc)
- Microsoft Office
- Experience from operational and / or financial environment
- Previous experience in a role where accuracy and attention to detail were essential
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
