Due to a period of expansion, they are looking for a Clinical Negligence NQ.

Job Description

As a Clinical Negligence NQ, your duties will include :

• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence for clinical negligence cases.
• Conducting thorough research to support case preparation.
• Assisting in managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims under supervision.
• Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other parties related to cases.
• Preparing cases for negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
• Supporting senior solicitors with complex legal matters as required.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Negligence NQ should ideally have completed a seat in clinical negligence work, but our client will consider candidates without experience in this area.
