Functional Consultant (Student Management Systems)

Exciting opportunities with a leading / global SaaS provider that are expanding their Consultancy function, due to continued periods of growth and change. My client is looking for a number of client centric Consultants (various levels) to assist in the delivery of their ERP solution within the UK Higher Education sector.

Salary : £65-£80k + benefits package

Location : Home-based

Key responsibilities :

• Perform E2E consulting services to customers’ including : Application Administration, Change and Configuration, Enhancements (including design and development)
• Analyse customer requirements and manage expectations throughout the implementation process
• Maintain capabilities through trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation
• Work with various teams to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations
• Proactively communicate any issues that may impact delivery on customer expectations
