BAO City is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team with care, clarity, and consistency.

This is a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen - perfect for someone who takes pride in high standards and supports others to do their best work. You'll work closely with the Head Chef, helping to set the tone on shift, guide the team, and keep service running smoothly.

Our Bloomberg Arcade restaurant is home to BAO's flagship karaoke experience — with two private KTV rooms bringing the spirit of Taipei's nightlife into the heart of the City. The dining room sits between them, buzzing with energy from weekday lunch through to late-night feasting. Unique to this location are our sharing bao platters, designed for group dining with bold, playful service.
