About the role
The People Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and compliant administrative support to the divisional HR team. The post holder will work closely with a range of Corserv Facilities Ltd (CFL) employees and managers, helping to confidently solve or signpost their HR-related queries.
Main accountabilities will include :
Contract change (joiners / movers / leavers) paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner.
We have two roles available, one full-time and one part-time (25 - 30 hours per week).
About you
Ideally, you will have experience of working with an HR department and the ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices.
