Your Role as a Civil Engineering Graduate
As a Civil Engineering Graduate with us, you’ll play a crucial role in reducing flood risks and supporting our journey to becoming a carbon net-zero organisation by 2030. Our Graduate Training Scheme is a structured, hands-on programme that spans 4-5 years, giving you the skills, experience, and network to kickstart an extraordinary career. Here’s what you can expect :
- Diverse Placements : With 6-12 month rotations across different teams, you’ll get to work on everything from asset management to project planning and site supervision.
- Flexible Pathways : Your journey is tailored to your interests. Whether you want to focus on hands-on engineering, strategic planning, or project management, we help you shape your future.
- Learning & Development : Accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), our programme guides you toward Incorporated (IEng) and Chartered (CEng) status.
Teams You’ll Work With :
Throughout the programme, you’ll work alongside expert engineers and receive mentorship and support from our professional development advisors.
What We’re Looking For
Are you passionate about making a difference? If you’re a graduate with a background in Civil Engineering (ideally with an MEng or BEng degree) and have an ICE-accredited degree, we want to hear from you. Successful candidates will hold, or be prepared to obtain, a full UK driving license within six months.
