Job title : Senior Bid Writer / Bid Manager

Company : PiLON Ltd

Location : Bracknell (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) – we may also consider other locations such as Hemel Hempstead or Swanley for the right candidate

Salary range : Competitive Package

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bid team (2 Bid Writers and 1 Bid Executive)
• Deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely bid submissions
• Design and implement winning bid strategies
• Manage the bid pipeline and collaborate with Business Development & Operations
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support success
• Drive process improvements and ensure consistency and compliance
• Track win / loss rates, analyse feedback, and improve performance

We’re looking for someone who is both a natural leader and a strategic thinker – someone who thrives on collaboration but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on when needed.
