Key Responsibilities

Daily Site Oversight : Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Subcontractor Management : Organise and direct subcontractors for seamless integration of trades and activities.

Team Coordination : Work alongside our skilled Farrans team, maintaining high morale and productivity.

Forward Planning : Prepare and deliver short-term lookaheads to keep the project on schedule.

Design Liaison : Work closely with the design team to ensure alignment between plans and execution.

Health & Safety Leadership : Maintain and enforce our high safety standards, ensuring compliance with all site protocols.
