Orion Building Engineering Services Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to add to our expanding team with the role of a HVAC Engineering Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the in-house engineering team and third-party contractors to deliver planned preventative (PPM) and emergency reactive maintenance across the portfolio. This role ensures that all engineering practices meet legal standards, provide value for money, and align with user expectations. You will provide technical advice where required to our engineering team, office staff and clients while on site.

You will be working alongside likeminded and supportive colleagues in order to provide a great customer service.
