We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced *General Assistant *with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious locations.

The Pirbridge Institute is operating busy Cafe and Hospitality five days a week Monday to Friday 7am till 4pm.

• Job Description*

As a *General Assistant *you will...

• Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
• Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
• Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Qualifications*
• Ideally have experience working within Education catering
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
• Fun and enthusiastic
• Have excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
• Possess great customer service skills.
• Have a flexible approach to work
