What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic teacher who :

• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for Key Stage 2 learning across all subject areas
• Has a deep understanding of teaching and learning of maths and English in lower key stage 2
• Is committed to inclusive practice and understands the needs of children with SEND
• Has a strong grasp of phonics and early reading strategies, especially for children who may still need support in Year 3
• Is reflective, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
• Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
• Shares our values of achievement, resilience, and trust
• Is ready to embrace challenge and adapt in a fast-paced school environment
