Site Manager - Renewable Energy Installations

Location : Arbroath, Scotland| 12 month FTC | Renewable Developments

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to oversee operations and coordinate the installation of renewable energy projects.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who can ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety , deliver quality installations on time , and maintain excellent client service . As the primary point of contact for operatives on site, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day construction process on site

Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times

Carry out site inductions and daily toolbox talks

Build strong working relationships between trades and teams

Coordinate work schedules and ensure deadlines are met

Take accountability for project delivery and quality

Essential Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry

Minimum of 1 year in a site management role

Solar experience (desirable)

SMSTS qualification (essential)

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly

IT literate with strong reporting ability

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel / stay away during projects
