Senior Site Engineer - Hamphire

Looking to strengthen their delivery team with a Senior Site Engineer, this company are well renowned for their excellence in delivering civil engineering projects, specifically within the water sector

The Role

Site based, you will initially be part of the team delivering a Water Treatment Works Upgrade project in Bournemouth

As the Senior Site Engineer, you will report directly to the Project Manager, providing setting out and quality control services to ensure that the contract works are constructed to the specification

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations and compliance with the Company safe working practices

Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments

Setting out the works.

Checking site work to ensure compliance with the specification and drawings.

Agreement of site measurements and records with the client’s staff.

Taking off quantities from drawings for measurement purposes and to assist in the preparation of requisitions.

Ensure that the required quality records are maintained About The Candidate

You'll need to have civil engineering experience, ideally within the Water Sector and have the following :

BTEC National or HNC in Civil Engineering / Construction

Levelling & Surveying experience (using total stations & automatic level)

First Aid at Work

SMSTS
