The Role

Job Title : Support Worker

Hours : 33 hours and 2 sleeps per week

Shift Pattern : 3 week rolling rota. Shifts are 9 : 45am to 12 : 00am, a sleep, then 7 : 30am until 10 : 45am

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our accommodation and community-based services in Long Eaton and the surrounding areas. Your contribution will be invaluable in providing housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will act as a key worker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting them in developing skills for independent living. Your responsibility for devising support plans and risk assessments will be a cornerstone of our operations.
