The Role

You will immerse yourself in different areas of the business to diagnose issues, translate insights into concrete solutions, and own the implementation until impact is realized.

Partner with Leadership : Work alongside senior leaders across the company to deliver on cross-organizational priorities, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of collaboration and radical candor.

Champion Our "Idea Lab" Culture : Act as an agent of change, modeling and promoting our core values of evidence-based debate, constructive challenges, and a low-ego approach to problem-solving.

Lead value creation projects in brand and content protection, including 1) defining plans, 2) designing and sizing solutions, 3) managing stakeholders to ensure implementation, 4) tracking and, most importantly, manage implementation and impact
