£30,647 FTE | Actual salary : £24,975

We’re looking for a dedicated HLTA to provide 1 : 1 support for a named student in a specialist SEND setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a young person’s life.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver 1 : 1 support across specialist and mainstream settings

Implement behavioural, communication, and sensory strategies

Support learning under teacher guidance, promoting inclusion and wellbeing

What You’ll Need :

GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)

Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare

CPD evidence (Desirable : experience in education / SEND)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
