The Role

As Management Accountant, you will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with senior management to deliver accurate financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You'll play a central role in shaping the company's financial systems, helping to drive efficiency and underpin future growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the ERP implementation (transition from Sage) for Cosmos Pizza and assist with system setup for a new group business.
• Deliver gross margin analysis by SKU, providing data-driven insights to support accurate forecasting and profitability.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Produce budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Oversee insurance, legal, HR, and data compliance requirements.
• Supervise an Accounts Assistant, supporting their ongoing development.
• Manage and improve IT systems and processes across the business.
