Location : Ledbury, Herefordshire

Base Pay : £13.00

Attendance Bonus : additional £1.30

Milling Season Rotation : Monday-Friday, 12-hour shifts (06 : 00-18 : 00 / 18 : 00-06 : 00), ~ 60 hrs / week

Main Responsibilities :

Support the fermentation and maturation stages of cider production

Assist in movements and additions to cider during processing

Maintain quality standards under pressure and ensure compliance with premium cider specifications
