Operations Coordinator

Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Operations Coordinator, someone who can keep the wheels turning behind the scenes and help make sure our business is seen, heard and followed.

What you’ll be doing

This is a varied, fast-paced role that blends organisation with creativity. You’ll :

• Support Directors and our Operations team, helping manage office life, support compliance, and keep our systems and reports up to date, as well as general administrative support
• Be the main point of contact for our strategic communications agency, making sure the latest news, successes and updates from our team are shared externally
• Support us in continually passing the latest audits, staying ahead of innovations in systems and compliance
• Help plan and coordinate photography, events and CSR initiatives that showcase our people and culture
