Mould shop technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Injection Moulding supervisor and lead technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Injection Moulding, raw materials handling, machine setting, tooling and assembly.\n\n Responsibilities \n\n- Operate and maintain Injection Moulding Machines, (including Arburg & Boy)\n\n- Monitor production processes to ensure quality output\n\n- Handle materials efficiently and safely\n\n- Assemble and disassemble tooling as needed\n\n- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues\n\n- Work with logic controllers to adjust machine settings\n\n- Use hand tools to fabricate components\n\n Requirements \n\n- Experience in materials handling within a manufacturing environment\n\n- Knowledge of tooling maintenance and assembly procedures\n\n- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery issues\n\n- Ability to work with logic controllers for process adjustments\n\nJob Types : Full-time, Permanent\n\nPay : £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year\n\nBenefits : \n\n
