Packaging Engineer

Our client is a high-growth, category-leading consumer brand with a strong presence across international markets. To support the continued expansion and to elevate packaging capabilities, we’re looking for a Packaging Engineer to join the dynamic team.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll play a key part in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions across the region. What You’ll Be Doing :

• Collaborating with co-packers, bottlers, and cross-functional team to ensure packaging meets technical and compliance standards
• Leading packaging trials and validation across primary, secondary, and tertiary formats (e.g., cans, trays, shrink films, pallet wraps)
• Developing, maintaining, and validating packaging specifications and documentation
• Managing packaging data systems including component weights and palletisation details (SAP / Evolve)
• Supporting packaging supplier and co-packer audits
• Driving sustainability and value engineering initiatives across the packaging supply chain
• Troubleshooting packaging complaints and identifying performance improvements at co-packer sites
