Job Summary
We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to work in UK private hospitals and care homes. Nurses will provide high-quality clinical care, ensure patient safety, and promote dignity and wellbeing in line with NMC standards and organisational policies. Weekly pay available.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
Conduct patient / resident assessments and develop care plans
Administer medication and treatments in accordance with policies
Monitor and record patient / resident conditions and escalate concerns
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
Support residents with daily living activities where required
Communicate effectively with families, GPs, and healthcare professionals
Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety guidelines
Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff
Participate in handovers, audits, and ongoing training
Essential Requirements
Active NMC registration (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
Right to work in the UK
Previous nursing experience in private hospital or care home settings
Good knowledge of CQC standards and safe medication practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts (days / nights / weekends)
Desirable Criteria
Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or rehabilitation
Tracheostomy, PEG, wound care, or end-of-life care experience
Up-to-date mandatory training (BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding)
