Sous Chef

This is an exciting role to work as part of the restaurant team at a prestigious venue in Kensington & Chelsea that brings high-end Italian dining to West London.

With internationally-acclaimed chef Emanuelle Pollini creating the food offering, this is awonderful opportunity to work in a historic Grade-2 listed building with an art gallery and theatre attached. Pollini has achieved two prestigious awards; ranked21st best Italian restaurant in the world by Italy Top 50 and a Three Forks award from Gambero Rosso as London's best Italian Restaurant.

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. It will be your responsibility to lead service, assisting to run the pass throughout service whilst maintaining high culinary standards and high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen.
