Accountant - £42000 - £50000 per annum - Belfast / Lisburn Your new company Our client is an SME organisation with big ambitions. Currently, there is a growing organisation where the owners are in need of some in-house finance experience to support the development and growth. Your new role As the Accountant, you will be an integral adviser to the owners, and you will have a wide-reaching role. You will be responsible for assisting the business in the next stage of commercial growth, implementing financial controls, developing financial strategy, reporting, budgeting and taxation. This role will require the development of a reporting system for the parent company and include key financial KPIs of the company. You will communicate with all areas of the organisation, supporting growth, What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be a qualified accountant who has the energy to grow a business to double its size in a short period of time. You will ideally have worked as an accountant in an industry, or you will have worked in practice and can offer a clear understanding of business. You will have good communication skills and the ability to question and advise business owners.
