Job Description

We are looking for compassionate home care workers who want to make a difference in an older persons life and have availability in the Biggleswade and surrounding areas.

Hours

Evenings - Flexible hours

If you have customer service retail hospitality experience or have good communication skills you can transfer these skills and become a Care Professional. Wed love to welcome you into our team and show you how you can make a positive impact to clients in your area. As a Care Professional you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help keep our clients independent and living in their own home.

Pay & Benefits

• 12:50 - 13:00 per hour
• 25.00/hr on Bank Holidays
• 30p per mile mileage reimbursement
• Minimum 1-hour visits no rushed care

Qualifications :

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Professionals. However it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Due to the nature of our service we require a full UK driving license and your own transport..
