Financial Controller

We have partnered with an international manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller for their UK operations. The UK Business turns over in excess of £100m and the role would see you take responsibility for two manufacturing sites in South Yorkshire.

Salary £70,000 - £80,000p / a + Bonus. This is an office based role and you will split your time between both manufacturing plants.

Brief role overview :

• Produce the month end accounts through to completion
• Review accounts against plan / forecast, explaining any variances.
• Ownership of the daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting processes.
• Sales and margin analysis as required.
• Improvement and audit of internal procedures.
• Ownership of financial transactions, forecasts and plans.
• Present data to management as and when required.
• Key contact point and responsibility for internal and external audits
• Cost accounting
• Management of inventory
• Review of production variances

To be considered you will be fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a number of years of experience in a similar position in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
