Join a leading food logistics company as an Assistant Shift Manager in our dynamic Transport Team in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire!

We seek a driven individual to manage a large team, uphold quality standards, and remain composed under pressure while achieving operational goals.

The Role

Salary - £42,000 per annum plus benefits and overtime.

Job Type - Temp to Perm (after 3 months)

Shift Pattern - Four days on, four days off

Work Hours - Night shift from 8 PM to 8 AM

Responsibilities

Support the duty shift manager in leading over 100 staff for timely deliveries, ensuring compliance and high service quality.

Conduct employee investigations and maintain our KPIs for delivery and stock availability.

Provide proactive communication to customers about any overnight issues.
