Job Overview

Momentum Training is seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will bring current industry knowledge, a strong commitment to helping adult learners succeed, and the ability to translate real-world construction and health & safety experience into high-impact lessons.

This is a vocationally focused role where you will be responsible for delivering engaging and compliant training programmes that prepare learners for success in the workplace.

Key Duties

Deliver one-to-one and small group tutoring sessions tailored to learner needs.

Assess learners’ skills and develop personalised lesson plans.

Deliver accredited Health & Safety training for construction environments.

Teach construction site legislation (including HSE and CDM regulations).

Deliver both classroom-based and site-based training where appropriate.

Assess learners through observation, written assignments, and practical activities.

Develop and adapt materials to meet different learning styles and levels.

Promote safe practices and professional behaviours in line with industry expectations.
