Growth Marketing Lead

Backed by global partners and trusted by household names, this company is scaling fast and needs a Growth Marketing Lead to drive product-led demand generation and boost ARR. You'll work closely with founders and sales leaders to shape campaigns, generate pipeline, and optimise the full customer journey.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, partner).
- Own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and email with a clear focus on ROI.
- Create high-impact content - e-books, factsheets, demo videos, landing pages.
- Partner on co-marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Track funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC) and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep the website fresh, SEO-optimised and performing at a high standard.
What we're looking for
3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with strong demand gen experience.Track record running paid acquisition and email campaigns with measurable ROI.Data-driven mindset with analytics, A / B testing and funnel optimisation skills.Excellent writing and messaging skills.Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.Nice to have
Experience marketing to SMBs and enterprise within tech.Familiarity with SEO, content strategy and marketing ops.Comfort with websites / landing page optimisation.The package
