What We’re Looking For

• Leadership & Coaching : Proven experience in leading, motivating, and managing a large team, and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
• Customer Focused : Track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Organisational Skills : Ability to manage workloads, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines, even under pressure.
• Tech‑Savvy : Experience with systems such as Axapta, On‑Guard, and Microsoft Office.
• Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in the hire industry will be beneficial, but we also offer all the training you need to succeed.
