Production Supervisor – Temp to Perm

Location : Bradford

Pay Rate : £15.00 - £16.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Bradford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stability and long-term progression for the right candidate.

The Role :

You will be responsible for supervising a small production team, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervising and motivating a small team of production operatives
• Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved
• Monitoring quality standards and addressing any issues promptly
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Supporting training and onboarding of new staff
• Reporting production performance to management

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Good understanding of health & safety in a production environment
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
