Transport Office Manager
Starting salary £35,294, increasing to £38,207, after 12 months, plus shift allowance (Mixed Shift payment of £271.76 per month (pro-rated for Part Time Hours – 36hrs) and a Sunday Premium payment of £298.99 per month), 10% annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rincreasing to 27.5 days after 10 years, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates (all pro rata to working hours)

This role is based at our Northern Ireland Mail Centre, with the following shift pattern - Saturday 07.00 – 19.30, Sunday 18.00 – 06.00, Monday 19.00 – 07.00.
This is an exciting time to join Royal Mail as we’re in the process of transforming towards a parcel led business. At the heart of this will be our National Distribution operation who move our parcels across a vast network throughout the UK. As a Transport Office Manager, you’ll facilitate the effective running of our traffic office in Northern Ireland.
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management of the transport and distribution operations within the Distribution / VOC shift. Leading and motivating the team to create high performance and commitment, you’ll ensure work plan is achieved through successful management of pipeline interfaces.
